A quality shade fabric, professionally installed on a shade sail, shade awning or shade canopy should last beyond the manufacturer’s shade fabric warranty. Under normal weather conditions your shade fabric may start showing signs of stress (wear and tear, build-up of grime, UV breakdown, fraying thread, loss of tensioning etc) between the 3 to 5 year mark, at which point it may be time for some preventative maintenance.

Give Shades-r-us a call – and we can organise a simple clean and- if possible- a restitch to restore your shade structure back to near new state for a fraction of the cost of a replacement.

Replacement

However, if your shade sail, shade awning or vinyl canopy has been up for as long as you can remember or damaged beyond repair – then give us a call and we will come out and measure up for a replacement. Since a replacement shade solution can be installed using existing posts, brackets or structure, your costs are reduced and so is the installation time – saving you money.

If your external shade sail, shade awning or shade canopy has been subjected to storm damage – contact us and we will come out, assess the damage and provide you with a written quotation for your insurance company for the repairs or replacement.
